The invention relates to bakery industry, in particular to technological processes of antiadhesion coating of baking dishes. A method for antiadhesion coating of baking dishes includes mechanical treatment of metal baking dishes, blowing the dishes with dry air, application of a polymer antiadhesive coating onto the dishes, thermal treatment of the dishes with polymer antiadhesion coating. According to the invention, mechanical treatment of the dishes is carried out by the sand blasting method by means of an abrasive blasting unit with a diameter of the internal opening of a nozzle of d=5-, at a compressed air pressure of P=4-7 kgf/cm, a compressed air productivity of A=2-8 m/min, with sand particles of a size b=0.5-2.5 mm, from a distance to the surface of the forms L=10-. After the blowing of the dishes with dry air heating the dishes in the oven up to a temperature of T=40-60 °C is carried out. After that a single-layer polymer antiadhesion coating comprising the following ingredients, wt. %: low-molecular rubber - 60-85 %, a solidification catalyst – 1.5-1.9 % and a solvent – the rest, of a thickness of S=20-250 µm, kinematic viscosity of &eegr;=60-90 cSt, is applied onto the dishes by means of a sprayer unit at an air pressure of P=5-10 kgf/cm, from a distance to the surface of the dishes L=50-, and after the application of polymer antiadhesion coating the dishes, thermal treatment of the dishes for polymerising the polymer antiadhesion coating is carried out in a drying chamber at an air temperature of T=40-60 °C in the course of a time period t=12-48 hrs. The following technical result is obtained: improving the resistance of the antiadhesion coating of baking dishes while simplifying the process of coating thereof and lowering the production cost of the baking dishes, as result the operating life of the baking dishes is raised up to 12-24 months. |
