PURPOSE: An execution allocation expense evaluation about a computing system for efficiently dividing variable execution code components is provided to usefully apply the execution allocation expense evaluation to a mobile unit by efficiently dividing an executable code component or module. CONSTITUTION: An execution allocation data of an ECC(Executable Computer Code) is acquired between a first computing device and a computing resource provider(752). A relative range of the execution allocation of the ECC is determined based on the execution allocation data in runtime of the ECC(754). The influence about the execution allocation is determined based on the range of the execution allocation(756).
