PURPOSE: Vehicle engine oil and fuel purification and preheating assembly is provided to reduce the metal abrasion material since the filtering and purification performances of the engine oil are improved. CONSTITUTION: Vehicle engine oil and fuel purification and preheating assembly comprises a lower structure, a fuel preheating unit and an oil filter unit. The lower structure is a plate type of metal. A preheater-cover fastening part(113) and a filter-cover fastening part(112) are formed on the top of the lower structure. An oil inlet hole(114a), an oil outlet hole(114b), a fuel inlet hole and a fuel outlet hole are formed on the side of the lower structure. The fuel preheating unit comprises a core(123) and a preheater cover(121). The core comprises a fuel transfer pipe, which communicates with the fuel inlet hole, and at least one fuel inlet hole(123e), which is connected to the fuel transfer pipe.
