CONSTITUTION: A method for making Dongchimi Makkoli and ice Makkoli comprises: a step of maturing Dongchimi juice and filtering; a step of mixing hard-boiled rice and fermentation starter and fermenting; a step of adjusting liquor degree using Dongchimi juice to obtain Dongchimi Makkoli; and a step of making ice Makkoli to preserve and distribute the Makkoli for a long time.
