FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to cardio-vascular surgery, and is intended for replacement of affected natural heart valves in course of cardio-surgical operations. Prosthesis includes ring-shaped case at least two cusps, installed in case with possibility to turn and form main zone of clearing section in the centre of case hole, and limiters of cusp turning which represent protrusions located on butt surface of case, facing descending blood flow, and installed with possibility to interact with lateral surface of cusps. On maximally remote from central part lateral surface of each cusp made is through slot, which has possibility to interact with its surfaces with corresponding protrusion of limiter of cusp turning during opening and closing of heart valve prosthesis, butt surface of case, facing reverse blood flow, includes inclined part, made at angle to case hole axis and having interaction with surface of cusp, facing direct blood flow during prosthesis opening. ^ EFFECT: reduction of hemodynamic resistance due to reduction of case thickness and improvement of prosthesis elements lavage. ^ 6 cl, 3 dwg |
