METHOD OF RECLAIMING DRILLING WASTES

FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of reclaiming drilling wastes to produce construction materials, and can be used in oil production and construction. Proposed method consists in that drilling wastes are mixed, without separation in solid and liquid fractions, with oil sludge. Produced mix is granulated by press and produced granules are roasted in rotary kiln 1150C to produce construction ceramic granules. Amount of oil sludge added to aforesaid mix makes 2-8% of total weight. Note here that method uses oil sludge produced in cleaning tanks of AOG and oil product storage tanks. ^ EFFECT: lower costs in production of construction materials. ^ 2 cl, 1 tbl
