PURPOSE: A device for preheating cooling water of an internal combustion engine is provided to minimize an occupied space of heating units by increasing heating efficiency using heating units. CONSTITUTION: A device for preheating cooling water of an internal combustion engine comprises a preheating unit(30), a bimetal(32), and a heater(40). The preheating unit is operated with an engine(20) and has a heat diffusion unit for preheating cooling water of a cooling unit. The bimetal cuts off the preheating of the cooling water when the cooling water is approached to a specific temperature. The heater heats the preheating unit. |
