PURPOSE: A functional laminate floor material and a constructing method thereof are provided to enhance heat efficiency and to decrease the noise between adjacent floors by removing the echo due to an air layer. CONSTITUTION: A functional laminate floor material comprises a polyester non-woven fabric(30a), a copper foil(20) and a plurality of floor boards(10). The bottom of the polyester non-woven fabric is processed to a lattice embossing pattern so that the fabric makes tight contact with the floor. The fabric is formed to well transfer the heat upwardly from the floor. The copper foil is formed to well transfer the heat upwardly from the fabric and to block electromagnetic wave or water flow. The copper foil is connected to the top of the fabric. The floor boards are connected to the top of the copper foil and comprise grooves and protrusions, which are formed on their sides. |
