PURPOSE: A connector is provided to prevent the application of excessive shearing stress for a connection target object by additionally installing a pressing unit and a second metal contacting unit. CONSTITUTION: A first metal member(110) has a first metal contact unit(114), and a second metal member has a second metal contact unit(136). A connection target object of a flat plate shape is inserted into a connector. In the state of the insertion of the connection target object, the connection target object of flat plate shape is inserted between the first and second metal contact units in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. An actuator(150) presses the second metal contact unit toward the first metal contact unit.
