Method for phase diagnostics and differentiation of joint diseases (serous arthritis, dystrophic arthritis, secondary arthritis) includes phase mapping of sample of biological tissue of patient through radiation with polarized laser beam, measurement of intensity of image through quarter-wave plate and determination of phase shift. Evaluation of changes of coordinate structure of phase images one carries out by irradiation of layer of synovial liquid with parallel beam with circular polarization, one projects polarization images of layer of synovial liquid by means of micro-objective to plane of light-sensitive area of CCD-camera through quarter-wave plate, with determination of coordinate distribution of intensity of image of layer of synovial liquid for each separate pixel by which one calculates statistic moments of 3-d and 4-th order of phase distribution in image of synovial liquid on basis of which one diagnoses presence and differentiates type of disease. |
