PURPOSE: A bench press tool is provided, which can prevent safety accident even a user drops a barbell in exercise. CONSTITUTION: A bench press tool comprises a bench(110). The bench includes: a cushioning portion(112) offering a space where a user can lie; and a settling portion(114) which settles a cushioning portion in order to be separated at a constant distance from the surface. The settling portion is made of steel pipe. In the end part of the settling portion, a height adjusting part(116) is installed. The height adjusting part is screwed into the settling portion.
