PURPOSE: A biodegradable volatile anticorrosive air cap buffering sheet is provided to iron or nonferrous metals from impact in carrying and to prevent the corrosion and discoloration of iron or nonferrous metals. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a biodegradable volatile anticorrosive air cap buffering sheet comprises the steps of: (S10) forming a first mixture by mixing and stirring sodium benzoate, benzotriazole, sodium molybdate and dextrin; (S20) pulverizing the first mixture; (S30) forming a second mixture by mixing and stirring hydroxy ethyl cellulose, zinc stearate and polyethylene wax; (S40) forming a third mixture by mixing polyethylene resin, alpha-olefin-based polymer and metal with thermal conductivity more than 200Kcal/mhr°C, with the second mixture; and (S50) forming an air cap buffering sheet.
