<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical electric toothbrush which raises plaque removing efficiency, enables a child or a person who is not good at brushing to exactly perform intraoral cleaning, and helps a care giver to easily clean the intraoral cavity of a person to be cared in a lying attitude, and enables the person to be cared to comfortably spend his/her life in aspects of physical health and mental health care. <P>SOLUTION: The cylindrical toothbrush is made an electric toothbrush to sufficiently exhibit brushing characteristics (a large number of brushes) to exactly clean the intraoral cavity to remove plaque in a short period of time. Then, cleaning technique exclusively used for dentistry is taken in, the brush is also made a high efficiency plaque removing brush by supplying liquid or water from the brush inner surface. For a person to be cared, for the purpose of removing uncomfortable feeling in the oral cavity as quickly as possible after meal, it is proposed that the inside of a brush body is made a pipe to pour a small amount of liquid or water from the brush inner surface to perform brushing.
