PURPOSE:To improve strength of a vane and its wearing resistance, by dispersedly providing carbon grains of liquid crystal quality in a sliding part of the alloy made vane main unit reinforced by a reinforcing material. CONSTITUTION:A vane main unit 3 is formed from aluminum reinforced by silicon carbide fiber, and the main unit 3 dispersedly provides in its point end sliding part carbon grains of liquid crystal quality. In this way, the vane main unit, both remarkably enhancing its strength and improving also wearing resistance in the sliding part of the vane point end, enables performance of a vane type compressor and a vane pump to be improved. |
