PURPOSE: Silicone resin coated titanium dioxide composite particles are provided to ensure a refractive index similar to sebum while preventing whiteness due to wetting and coverability. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing silicone resin coating titanium dioxide composite particles comprises the steps of: (i) preparing a first raw material by dispersing titanium dioxide into water; (ii) preparing a second raw material by dissolving silsesquioxane in an alkali water solution; (iii) injecting a second raw material into the first raw material, stirring the raw material and warming it; (iv) injecting an acid aqueous solution into the product and polymerizing; and (v) leaving the reactant alone, washing, filtering, dehydrating, drying and pulverizing it.
