<p>Disclosed are an imaging device and a method of producing the same, wherein manufacturability can be increased and cost can be reduced. Resin-made imaging lenses are heated inside a reflow tank from the outside of a shielding frame, however, the lenses are effectively shielded from the heat by the heat resistant light shielding frame and by a space, so temperature increase in the imaging lenses can be suppressed. Also, by forming the base frame from material with low thermal conductivity, temperature increase in the imaging lenses can be suppressed. Due to the above, the imaging lenses can be formed from resin material with low heat resistance, and costs can be reduced.</p> |
