PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable cartridge achieving a mechanism preventing a refill from being easily removed from a cartridge body when a staple sheet exists in a feeding passage, and easily attaching and detaching the refill to and from the cartridge body with a simple structure. SOLUTION: The staple cartridge 1 has: the refill 10 having a guide passage 18 for carrying out the staple sheet; and the cartridge body 30 having the feeding passage 42 for guiding the staple sheet carried out of the refill 10, and the refill 10 is attached to the cartridge body 30, and thereby, the guide passage 18 and the feeding passage 42 are communicated with each other. The refill 10 is attached to and detached from the cartridge body 30 from a direction different from a direction along which the guide passage 18 and the feeding passage 42 are communicated.
