PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro fluid device for preventing a backward flow and a pulsation flow of a liquid sample when it is transmitted, and obtaining the stable flow rate accuracy of a liquid transmission to an analysis section. SOLUTION: The micro fluid device 1 comprises: a sample supplying section 3 for introducing the liquid sample L containing a to-be-measured material into a substrate 2; the analysis section 4 for analyzing the liquid sample L; a waste liquid section 5 for accommodating the liquid sample L passing through the analysis section 4; a fluid flow path 6 for downwardly flowing the liquid sample L from the sample supplying section 3 to the waste liquid section 5; and a pump chamber 7 provided at a downstream area of the analysis section 4 on the substrate 2, and sucking the liquid sample L introduced into the sample supplying section 3 to the waste liquid section 5.
