PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce internal skew and achieve a compact size. SOLUTION: A drain conductor (4) and a dummy drain conductor (5) are provided on one side and another side, respectively, of two signal lines (1, 2) arranged side by side. This structure achieves as low internal skew as a differential signal transmission cable provided with drain conductors (4) each having a circular shape on both sides of the signal lines (1, 2) arranged side by side.
