The present invention relates to a rod-connecting apparatus (100), comprising: a pair of cylindrical bodies (110) which face each other to accommodate a rod (1) therein; a plurality of stoppers (120) arranged into two or more stages inside the pair of cylindrical bodies (110) to tightly hold the rod (1); springs (130) arranged at each bottom of the stoppers (120) to resiliently support the stoppers (120) in the lengthwise direction of the pair of the cylindrical bodies (110); and resilient rings (140) arranged at the respective inner circumferential surfaces of the stoppers (120) to resiliently support the stoppers (120) in the radial direction of the pair of the cylindrical bodies (110).
