<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of more reducing the discharge amount of a volatile material, etc. included in air in the vicinity of a fixing device. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus includes: a housing A; an image forming part forming an unfixed image on an image support material 8; the fixing device B allowing the image support material 8 to pass through and heat-fixing the unfixed image formed on the image support material 8; an exhaust duct 40 exhausting the air in the vicinity of the fixing device B to the outside of the housing A; a suction member 41 sucking the air in the vicinity of the fixing device B and flowing the sucked air inside the exhaust dust 40; and a first filter means 42 provided inside the exhaust duct 40 and carrying a polar adsorbent attracting a polar material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
