PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support column hole forming device for a concrete structure, provided with a reinforcement with workability to be attached to and detached from easily an inside of a mold, capable of preventing a crack from being produced in a support column hole. SOLUTION: This support column hole forming device 10 for the concrete structure, is a device for forming the support column hole 20 by extracting a void type frame 14 after curing concrete, and includes a cylindrical extracting void 15 with the void type frame 14 journaled by a support shaft 13 and removed after curing the concrete, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 17 for sealing the opened upper end of the extracting void 15. The support column hole forming device 10 includes also the coil-like remained reinforcement 16 to be engaged with the peripheral wall face of the extracting void 15 and to be buriedly remained in the concrete structure.
