<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server device and a content distribution system that allow a customer to quickly acquire information related to the content displayed on a display device from a mobile phone site. <P>SOLUTION: An EC server device 100 stores a schedule for broadcasting advertisement data and commodity information corresponding to the advertisement data on the display device 130. When there is an access from a user's mobile terminal 140, the advertisement data viewed by a user on the display device 130 is inferred based on the broadcasting schedule and access time, and the commodity information corresponding to the advertisement data is displayed on the mobile phone site.
