<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for evaluating the scattering state of a powder substance and capable of highly sensitively and efficiently evaluating the scattering state of a powdery substance in a short time and capable of evaluation even in facilities to be evaluated. <P>SOLUTION: The method for evaluating the scattering state of a powdery substance comprises in this order a process for fixing a sheet for powder reception to a region to be evaluated in facilities of experiment facilities or manufacturing facilities using the powdery substance; a process for performing normal operations in the experiment facilities or manufacturing facilities through the use of powder of a chemical selected from a group of adenosine-5'-triphosphate and its derivative instead of the powdery substance to be evaluated; and a process for recovering the sheet for power reception after the operations, recovering the power of the chemical selected from the group of adenosine-5'-triphosphate and its derivative adhering to the surface of the sheet, and qualitatively analyzing it. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
