PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a building which can achieve joint of an additional frame through framework without a loss of sealing performance on the building unit side. SOLUTION: The unit building 10 includes a building body 16 and an additional frame 40. The building body 16 is constituted using a plurality of building units 12, and the additional frame 40 provided on the outdoor side of the building body 16 is constructed by a steel-framed framework structure. The additional frame 40 includes a steel-framed floor girder 56 which is joined to the column 18 of the building unit 12. Specifically, an opening 116 through which the end of the steel-framed floor girder 56 can be inserted is formed on the outer board 110 of an exterior wall panel 106, and the end of the steel-framed floor girder 56 is inserted through the opening 116. A girder-joint bracket 100 is welded to the column 18 of the building unit 12, and the girder-joint bracket 100 and the end of the steel-framed floor girder 56 are fastened to each other in a state where a waterproof sheet 130 is held between the two.
