PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition comprising an acid addition salt of (-)-(1R)-phenyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline-2-carboxylic acid (3R)-quinuclidin-3-yl ester (compound A), as active component, high in storing stability, in particular in stability against humidity. SOLUTION: The invention relates to the acid addition salt of the compound A with an acid selected from a group comprising (-)-(2S, 3S)-tartaric acid, (+)-(2S, 3S)-di-O-benzoyl tartaric acid, (+)-(2S, 3S)-di-O-(4-methylbenzoyl) tartaric acid, (-)-L-phenylalanine, benzene sulfonic acid, cyclohexane sulfamic acid, hydrobromic acid, naphthalene-2-sulfonic acid, sebacic acid, (+)-camphor-10-sulfonic acid, p-toluenesulfonic aicd, ethanesulfonic acid, methanesulfonic acid and salt of methyl phosphate, wherein the acid addition salt does not exhibit hygroscopicity of a degree causing trouble in using as a medicine or technical product for a medicine.
