<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and precisely adapt one grommet to a plurality of lead wires. <P>SOLUTION: A closed wall 32 is installed at the tip of a guide cylinder part 22 projected from a peripheral wall of a grommet 11, and a plurality of partition walls 33, 34, 35 provided with lead wire insertion holes 28, 29, 30 at a center are spaced in the longitudinal direction. Bore diameters D1-D3 of the lead wire insertion holes 28-30 are differentiated in a manner that the partition wall 25 on the tip side has a minimum diameter, and any of the insertion wire holes 28-30 is brought into close contact with lead wires 10A-10C with different diameters. The outer periphery of the guide cylinder part 22 is gradually reduced in diameter toward the tip while forming a step in each of the partition walls 33, 34, 35 as inclination parts 24a, 24b between the respective partition walls 33, 34 and 35.
