PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly acquire identification information.SOLUTION: A front end 32 acquires and stores the identification information of a plurality of secure elements 34-1 to 34-3. The front end 32 notifies an external non-contact communication device of the identification information in response to a request of the notification of the identification information from an external non-contact communication device instead of the plurality of secure elements 34-1 to 34-3. A secure element 34 designated from the identification information which the external non-contact communication device is notified of, among the plurality of secure elements 34-1 to 34-3, performs processing corresponding to a request from the external non-contact communication device. The present invention is applicable, for example, to an IC card. |
