PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the workability of caring liana or the like by placing the passage on a bilayer net structure. SOLUTION: The vegetation structure using a planting base is provided as follows. On the roof surface 100 of a structure, rows are formed by arranging with intervals the connecting metal fittings 2 to the top surface 22 of which the projection part 26 is attached. After the first net part 51 is placed to the row of the projection part 26 of the connecting metal fittings 2, the long material 3 is mounted. After the spacer 74 is placed to the projection part 26 of the connecting metal fittings 2 which project from the long material 3, the second net part 52 is mounted to form the bilayer net part 5 which consists of the first net part 51 and the second net part 52 facing each other. The planting bases 1, 1 are arranged to the opposite side of the bilayer net part 5, and the row of the planting bases are placed in both the sides of the bilayer net part 5. In the space 523 of the bilayer net part 5, the net for cleaning 53 is placed. The first passage material 86 which covers the long material 3 mounted in the bilayer net part 5 is placed, and the second passage material 87 is placed to pile up on the first passage material 86 and to form the passage material.
