Pt-CNT COMPOSITE PLATING STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Pt-CNT (Platinum-Carbon Nano Tube) composite plating structure in which the omission of the CNT is prevented and the surface area of Pt itself is increased. SOLUTION: In the Pt-CNT composite plating structure, a plurality of CNTs are taken in a Pt plating film so that a part of the CNTs is projected from the plating film and a plurality of Pt plating particles are stuck on a part of CNTs projected from the plating film to increase the surface area of the Pt-CNT composite plating film compared to that of a simple Pt plating film.
