<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply correct a time in an internal clock of a shared part controller without time and labor. <P>SOLUTION: A managing portable communication device 2 is used, and has a time correction application A installed to correct the time in the shared part controller 4. An administrator ID for identifying an administrator and a device ID for identifying the device are previously registered in the shared part controller 4 with regard to the managing portable communication device having the installed time correction application A.
