PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new kind of dye-sensitized solar cell of high photoelectric conversion rate, in which component amount that contributes to power generation is not decreased, contact resistance is low, necking formation between metal oxide particulates such as titanium oxide or the like is not hindered, and an ink in order to form a semiconductor layer in the solar cell, and the dye-sensitized solar cell module.SOLUTION: The dye-sensitized solar cell 1 includes: an conductive base material 10; the semiconductor layer 20 that is arranged on the conductive base material 10 and contains a partially nitrided titanium oxide of needle shape which is made to carry the sensitized dye; a counter-electrode 40 arranged opposing to the semiconductor layer 20; and an electrolyte layer 30 that is arranged between the conductive base material 10 and the counter-electrode 40 and that contains a redox pair. |
