PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage device that performs management of an inverted file and Boolean operation at high speed without being limited by the communication speed of a host interface.SOLUTION: The storage device includes: an interface 11 capable of receiving a content search request; a first memory block storing a file 121 and an inverted file 122 corresponding to a content included in the file 121; a second memory block 13 storing a file search table 131; and a controller 14 for controlling signal transmission and reception of the interface 11, the first memory block 12 and the second memory block 13. The controller 14 stores an identifier of the file including the content into the inverted file, stores an identifier of the file obtained by search of the content into the file search table 131, and outputs the identifier of the file stored in the table 131 from the interface 11 as a search result to the content search request. |
