PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the following problems: thermal energy heated to a high temperature is not utilized as energy, though the heat accumulated and transferred into a building structure due to solar radiation is released and further is accumulated in a heat insulating material and inside; outer skins of a roofing material, a rooftop material, an exterior wall material, etc., thus, incur the risk of being deformed by being heated to the high temperature especially under the scorching sun in summer; and difficulty in snow removing work is a life-or-death issue in some areas, where elderly persons have to remove the snow, which is hard work such the snow accumulated on the roof or rooftop of the building structure in a snow accumulation area is conventionally removed by man power.SOLUTION: A heat shield inhibits the heat from being transferred indoors, and makes the thermal energy concentrated onto a heat recovery device, so as to enhance energy recovery efficiency. The device as well as the system is a composite system which can also melt the snow accumulated on the roof, the rooftop, etc., by concurrently using a pump system also enabling backflow. |
