<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve improvement of ion exchange efficiency, reduction of use amount of resin, and miniaturization of a deionizer. <P>SOLUTION: A water supply device for an ion exchange apparatus, includes: a pump 2 for supplying water to an ion exchanger 1; a pump 4 for supplying a part of the water discharged from the ion exchanger to a chemical tank 3; the chemical tank 3 for providing a chemical into the water supplied by the pump 4 and providing it to the ion exchanger; and a heater including a heat source 5 for performing a heating treatment to the water discharged from each of the pump 2, the pump 4, or the pumps 2 and 4 so as to maintain the temperature of the water within a predetermined temperature range. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
