<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress accumulation of flux on a base member. <P>SOLUTION: A decompression unit 40A is provided in a cooling zone Z3. The decompression unit 40A is composed of a container-side connection section 42, a connection tube 44, and a body-side connection section 46. One end of the connection tube 44 is communicated with the inside of a container 34 for collection via the container-side connection section 42, and the other end of the connection tube 44 is communicated with a suction section S1 of the cooling zone Z3 via the body-side connection section 46. The pressure inside the container 34 for collection is reduced by the suction section S1 in the negative pressure side of the cooling zone Z3 via the connection tube 44.
