PURPOSE: A ship having a protective gear about the impact is provided to transfer the alleviated impact to a hull after alleviating the impact delivered from outside through an impact absorbing plate and an elastic unit. CONSTITUTION: A ship having a protective gear about the impact comprises a hull(1), an elastic unit(3) and an impact absorbing plate(7). The elastic unit is installed in the entire or partial outer surface of the hull. One end of the elastic unit is fixed to the outer surface of the hull and the other end is projected to the vertical direction to the ouster surface of the hull. The impact absorbing plate is fixed to the other end of the elastic unit and protects the entire or partial hull while being separated from the outer surface of the hull.
