PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a traffic between a communication control apparatus and a household electric appliance accompanying the communication of information on a state change in the household electric appliance. SOLUTION: The communication control apparatus 14 for applying communication control to the plural household electric appliances 12a to 12e connected via an in-home network 10 is provided with a product information table 20 wherein product information such as manufacture names and model numbers of the household electric appliances are stored in cross reference with address information items and a cooperation table 22 wherein conditions for executing cooperations against the state change in the household electric appliances and contents of the cooperations are stored in cross reference with the product information of the household electric appliances, and when receiving information associated with the state change from any household electric appliance, the communication control apparatus 14 searches the product information of the household electric appliance from the product information table 20 on the basis of the address information, references the cooperation table 22 on the basis of the searched product information, discriminates whether or not the condition for executing the cooperation is satisfied, and executes the corresponding cooperation contents.
