PROTECTING SCREEN OF DIFFUSER IN REACTION VESSEL

PURPOSE: A screen for protecting the diffuser of a reactor is provided to reduce the weight of the screen and to improve the intensity of the screen by using a polypropylene-glass fiber which is an anti-corrosion material. CONSTITUTION: A screen for protecting the diffuser of a reactor is installed on the upper side of the diffuser of a reactor and includes a palette(30) protecting media. The palette includes polypropylene-glass fiber which is an anti-corrosion material. The screen includes a plurality of palette supporting parts, flat bars(20), and the palette. The palette supporting parts include supports(11). The supports are combined with upper supporting plates(12a) and lower supporting plates(12b). The upper and the lower supporting plates include fastening holes(41). The flat bars are combined to form a grid frame. The flat bars establish a palette loading surface. The lower sides of the flat bars are combined with the upper sides of the upper supporting plates. The palette is loaded on the palette loading surface and forms pores.
