SERVER, ACCOUNTING SERVER, POWER CONSUMPTION AMOUNT CALCULATION SYSTEM AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power consumption amount calculation technology capable of calculating a total amount of power consumption and an estimated value with respect to the same while protecting privacy by shielding the power consumption amount tallied by each power meter in a meter data management system.

SOLUTION: A server which is connected to a plurality of power meters tallying power consumption amount of electric equipment comprises: a reception section to receive the power consumption amount tallied by each of a plurality of the power meters as well as a calculation result with each random number generated in accordance with a probability distribution; a first storage section to store a parameter to generate the random number; and a calculation section to calculate a total amount of the power consumption or an estimated average of the power consumption amount using the calculation result and the parameter. The estimated value is used for determining whether or not to perform a power control.
