<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor which outputs the difference between a storage object document and a comparison document without creating the comparison document in advance. <P>SOLUTION: In an information processor, receiving means receives a first document and first storage destination information indicating a storage destination of the first document. Document extraction means identifies second storage destination information having a structure similar to a structure including the first storage destination information from document storage means, and extracts second documents similar to the first document from documents stored in the storage destination indicated by the identified second storage destination information. Template document generating means generates a template document which is a model by analyzing a plurality of second documents. Comparison document generating means generates, based on the template document, a comparison document with which the first document is to be compared.
