<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink-jet recording device capable of reducing contamination by ink mist. <P>SOLUTION: The ink-jet recording device 1 conveys an industrial material 70 as a recording medium, discharges ink to the industrial material 70, records an image, and includes a conveying part 10 and a recording part 30. The conveying part 10 conveys the industrial material 70, and the recording part 30 discharges ink to the industrial material 70 conveyed by the conveying part 10 in order to record an image.
