PURPOSE: A XY moving block and an apparatus for controlling the opening of a laser generator using the same are provided to easily control the location of a second moving block by accessing a first controlling member and a second controlling member at the same direction to determine the locations of the XY direction of the second moving block. CONSTITUTION: A first moving block(20) is taken by a first guide plate(11) which is formed into a first direction in a body(10). The first moving block is elastically biased to the first direction with a first elastic member(81). A second moving block(30) is taken by a second guide plate(21) which is formed into a second direction in the first moving block. The second moving block is elastically biased to the second direction with a second elastic member(82). An inclination block(40) is taken by a third guide plate(22). A first controlling member(50) is carried to the first direction in the body. A second controlling member(60) is carried to the first direction in the first moving block.
