<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging device capable of improving an S/N by reducing random noise occurring from an amplifier circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The solid-state imaging device comprises: a pixel (1) comprising a photoelectric conversion element for converting light to an electrical signal; a feedback amplifier circuit (8) which amplifies the signal of the pixel with an amplifier factor corresponding to a variable feedback capacitance; holding capacitors (Ctn, Cts) connected to the output terminal of the amplifier circuit via a first switch; and load capacitors (Cl1, Cl2) connected to the output terminal of the amplifier circuit via a second switch.
