<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Pachinko game machine excellent in work efficiency in replacing a game board without a deviation between center positions of a shooting rail and an outer rail after the replacement of the game board. <P>SOLUTION: The Pachinko game machine includes a ball shooting device 6 shooting balls by a ball shooter 62 through a shooting rail 61, and the outer rail 7 guiding the balls received from the shooting rail 61 to a game region of the game board. A mounting base having a hinge part at one end is provided in a horizontally turnable manner on one side of a game machine frame 3. The ball shooting device 6 having the shooting rail 61 at the front face 41 of the mounting base 4, and the outer rail 7 following the shooting rail 61, are provided on both sides of a foul ball recovery opening for recovering foul balls, and an insertion recess 42 opened to the other side of the game machine frame is provided on the rear side of the mounting base 4.
