PURPOSE: A virtual space system for managing access of personal information database and a access managing method are provided to improve security about personal information. CONSTITUTION: A personal information database management system(201) unifies a path to a database(210) through a set access environment from the outside. A dedicated tool connection unit(110) of a dedicated personal information management server(100) distinguishes a private tool through the connection of the private tool(10) of a terminal. A request execution unit(150) of the dedicated personal information management server executes a corresponding search through a database connection unit(170). A virtual file management unit(130) of the dedicated personal information management server stores the search result as a file.
