PURPOSE: Energy bolt device and construction device using geothermal energy and reinforcing ground are provided to reduce construction costs since geothermal energy is effectively used. CONSTITUTION: An energy bolt device(100) using geothermal energy and reinforcing ground comprises a reinforcing member(110), a heat exchange pipe(170), and an external pipe(180). A unit to expand diameter is formed on the leading end of the reinforcing member. The reinforcing member stabilizes ground by interacting grouting filled in a borehole. The outer diameter of the heat exchange pipe is mounted on a plurality of spacers(150) expanded. Circulating water passes through the heat exchange pipe and emits geothermal energy externally. The external pipe sends circulating water heat-exchanged in a heat pump or on a neighboring energy body back to an energy bolt. |
