<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network communication state monitoring device to identify a failure factor which disables network connection by creating a failure factor list based on resource information on a communication terminal. <P>SOLUTION: The network communication state monitoring device comprises: a resource information acquisition circuit 101 which acquires resource information on a communication terminal in use; a communication information acquisition circuit 102 which acquires communication device information to be used; a connection state monitoring circuit 103 which monitors a network connection state; a failure factor automatic detection circuit 104 which automatically detects a failure factor from the acquired resource information and communication device information; a storage circuit 105 which stores the failure factor list which has been detected automatically; a ranking circuit 106 which ranks the failure factor list by comparing the failure factor list detected by the failure factor automatic detection circuit 104 and the failure factor list detected last time which is stored in the storage circuit 105; and a display circuit 107 which displays the failure factor list on which ranking is performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
