<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform dip coating only one surface of a work having a plate shape. <P>SOLUTION: Two sheets of cover glass 6a, 6b are stacked so that the front surface for forming a coating is directed to the outside and the back surface sides are disposed opposite each other. A seal material 8 of photocurable resin is applied in a band shape so as to straddle a joining part 7 of the two sheets of cover glass 6a, 6b appearing on end faces. The seal material 8 is irradiated with ultraviolet rays so as to be cured. The two sheets of cover glass 6a, 6b are stuck and integrated, and a gap of the joining part 7 is simultaneously sealed. Even when a grip 5 is lowered and the sheets of cover glass are dipped into a coat bath 2, the application liquid 3 does not intrude into the back surfaces of the sheets of cover glass 6a, 6b, and is coated on only the front surfaces. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
