PURPOSE: An LED lighting device is provided to eliminate complete light off section by including a charging/discharging block discharging an electric charge to a driving terminal. CONSTITUTION: An LED radiation block(110) is driven in order to be light-emitted by a voltage of a driving terminal. The driving terminal receives an electric charge from a rectifying section at a charging section. A rectification generating block(120) generates a rectifying voltage to the rectifying section. A charging/discharging block(140) charges the electric charge of the driving terminal at the charging section. The charging/discharging block is discharged in order to light-emit the LED radiation block at a discharging section.
